From embodied inquiry to inhabitation, we explore multidisciplinary ways to remember and restore connection to ourselves through the body landscape.

‘Movement Garden’ sessions weave together a combination of traditional yoga postures, movement and finally, restorative rest, to reconnect to our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

Fee structure & how it works:

The fee structure is designed to give as much access to this class as possible. It is also designed so that it is viable to run, the overheads are paid for and I am fairly compensated.

Please use your discernment to access the correct fee for your financial circumstance. There are limited Bursary spaces. If you have financial privilege and you are accessing a Bursary space, you are excluding other participants from accessing the class. If you know you have extra, please consider paying the Abundance fee. If your circumstance (at the moment) means that accessing the Bursary spots are tricky - please contact me. I’d like to make sure you have a space.
